~ BIBLE STUDIES AND SMALL GROUPS ~
groupWHAT IS A SMALL GROUP? Small groups are Bible Studies designed to bring believers closer together while helping them develop spiritually.  We offer many opportunities for all ages to participate in small group Bible Studies.

The Book of 2nd Peter: We also offer a walk through the book of 2nd Peter. This in-depth study meets every Sunday evening at 5pm at Mulberry Baptist Church.

First Place 4 Health: Is Jesus at the center of my life-is He both my Savior and my Lord? Realize that you cannot achieve balance in the other areas until you have placed yourself completely under the Lordship of Christ, and doing so needs to be your first priority.  This small group Bible study promotes healthy living spiritually, emotionally and physically. More.

Spiritual Health Check-up: This small group that meets on Sunday evenings focuses on assessing your spiritual health, and the topics correlate to the Sunday morning messages in church.

Graded Sunday School: Our graded Sunday School Programs provided quality Scripture study for all ages.  We have many groups to encourage spiritual growth and community.

Bridge Builders Sunday School Class - Teacher: Polly Martin; Chairman: Audrey Cook; Associate teachers: Gwen Talbot and John Vandercook

The Bridge Builders' adult class uses the "Explore the Bible" program, an indepth study of one entire book of the Bible at a time.  This summer's study is the book of Acts.

Of course, our primary emphasis and text is the Bible, but we also include the use of large maps, a dry erase board, posters, Biblical history, to relate God's principles to our personal needs and comtemporary living.

Our class includes members aged 60-86 (and perhaps beyond), who are caring and loving friends.

Seekers Sunday School Class - Teacher: Marie Wiggins

Who are the Seekers?  We are an adult Sunday School Class of mature men and women who search and study God's Holy Word every Sunday morning...

As we discuss our lessons, we seek to desire more of God's presence and power in our lives...

As we glean the words of our Almighty God, we seek to take another step in becoming a bit more mature Christians as we seek God's purpose in our lives...

We also sponsor our Baptist Children's Home, Spring Creek Ministries and the Food Bank with our weekly donations...

We enjoy fellowships outside our class and share in meals and "chicken scratch" dominoes!!

Our eleven members desire and invite all who will come to share God's Word and fellowship with us every Sunday Morning...

As the writer of the Gospel of Luke tells us, in Acts 13:36, our statement should be, " David...Served the purpose of God in his our generation."  That is our prayer for all!       God Bless!

Friendship Sunday School Class -- Teacher: Lora Deligans

A class for mature women, the Friendship Sunday School Class encourages women to live exemplary Christian lives, filled with the Word of God, as examples to their families and friends.   We experience life together and share Christ's work in our lives with orthers.

Children's Sunday School

Preschool 2-3 is taught by Justin and Mary Dowden. Our two and three year olds learn Biblical concepts through a variety of activities, such as home living, nature, books, puzzles, blocks and art. Each age-appropriate activity is designed to reinforce that week’s Bible lesson. In June, our little ones will learn about ways they can show love to God. In July, they will learn that God loves everyone. What a privilege it is for our teachers to model God’s love to our preschoolers. In August, our twos and threes will discover that they are growing and learning to do many things, just as God had planned.
